Galden LS230 soldering medium - 5kg

Liquid Galden© LS230 from SOLVAY for gas phase soldering. It has a boiling point of 230°C and is therefore ideal for SMT soldering with conventional solder pastes.

Vapour brazing is the most modern, versatile and gentle way to solder electronic components and yet the simplest. Steam at a defined temperature (230°C) releases its heat into the solder joints and melts them as it condenses. The size and type of components are irrelevant. You can solder conventional SMD as well as SOP, TQFP or BGA housings. In steam, all components are heated simultaneously to the same precise temperature.
