Vapor Soldering Equipment Vhapor Phase Two

Vapor Phase Two offers one of the most gentle soldering processes for prototyping or small batch production. Unlike infrared or convection processes, PCBs with high thermal mass, fine pitch, or temperature sensitive components can be soldered seamlessly.

Fast temperature profiles - The Vapor Phase Two design allows the user to run fast temperature profiles using the height adjustable PCB stroke.

Custom solder profiles -Vapor Phase Two can import individual solder profiles via SD card. Based on these profiles, the heating power and stroke position is tailored to different solder pastes and PCB technologies.

Rapid Cooling - This feature reduces process time and ensures minimal Galden® loss for board removal.

Anti-Condensation - Thanks to vapor brazing technology, the solder assembly is generally covered with Galden® residue. Our equipment is maintained at 120°C after the soldering process, leaving almost no residue.

Lifting Lid - The process chamber lid automatically lifts to simplify PCB insertion and removal. This also helps to preserve the heat transfer medium.

Control Window - In addition to a screen that displays real-time temperature data, the Vapor Phase Two has a display window with internal illumination that allows you to see into the process chamber.

Safety - The Vapor Phase Two has a number of safety mechanisms implemented in both software and hardware to ensure safe use and soldering process.
