The AM73515MT8A from Dino-Lite's Edge USB 3.0 series is a 5 megapixel microscope with a 700-900x magnification range and built-in coaxial illumination. This model features FLC (Flexible LED Control), which allows you to combine or switch between direct and coaxial illumination.
With a USB 3.0 connection that offers "SuperSpeed" transfer mode, it can transfer data at speeds up to 5 Gbit/s (625 MB/s). Dino-Lite models with USB 3.0 offer frame rates of up to 45 fps at 1280×960 resolution. The "SuperSpeed" mode allows you to enjoy the full power of the Dino-Lite Edge Series optics, including improved color accuracy and image quality.
Coaxial illumination is a way to view details that are difficult to see under normal light, which you can use when viewing substrate disks, microchips, or other microelectronic components, for example. The AM73515MT8A microscope is also equipped with an automatic magnification value retrieval (AMR) feature that automatically detects and displays magnification values using the included Dino-Lite software.
These unique features make the Dino-Lite AM73515MT8A a great viewing tool for materials analysis, electronics research, or similar applications that require high resolution, coaxial illumination, high speed, versatility, and variability. The Dino-Lite AM73515MT8A microscope is interfaced with the user-friendly Windows software DinoCapture 2.0.
For this model, the software includes features such as Automatic Value Retrieval (AMR), Flexible LED Control (FLC), calibration, measurement, image capture with note taking and video recording. At this high magnification, we recommend using a stand for high accuracy. A suitable accessory is, for example, the Dino-Lite RK-10A, a solid and stable high-end stand that is made of durable stainless steel and lightweight aluminum and allows very precise, fine focusing.
