The MBO "AUTOFIL" soldering wire range enables fast soldering of copper, tin/lead, brass and nickel. MBO "AUTOFIL"
soldering wire tubes can be used for manual soldering as well as for machine soldering with automatic solder wire feeding, hot air soldering, induction soldering, HOT PLATE or flame soldering. When used with a manual soldering iron, an operating temperature of 370°C is recommended. When used with a hand soldering iron, an operating temperature of 370°C is recommended.

The ROB flux used in this tubular soldering iron is characterized by low fuming and minimal odor. Due to this combination, it is very often used in robotic soldering where it minimizes the formation of deposits and fouling of the fume extraction system and filters.

Flux residues after soldering can be conveniently removed with common PCB cleaning agents such as isopropyl alcohol, hydrocarbon and others.
