Semi-automatic soldering machine QUICK ET9181

The QUICK ET9181 single-axis semi-automatic soldering system was designed for fast and convenient soldering of connectors, cables, LED strips and other applications where two hands are not enough. The semi-automatic features a movable Z-axis and an auotmatic solder feeder. The operator does not need to hold the soldering handle or the soldering wire, he just holds the solder joint on the stop at the soldering point and the soldering semi-automatic takes care of everything else. The semi-automatic system thus increases the efficiency of soldering without the need for jigs to hold the solder materials.

The movement in the Z-axis is provided by a stepper motor, so no compressed air connection is necessary. Of course, the temperature, the amount of solder fed and the soldering time can be continuously adjusted. The soldering cycle is then started by pressing the pedal. No lengthy programming is required.

The semi-automatic uses soldering tips from the 911G series, i.e. standard tips for robotic soldering. In the basic configuration, the semi-automatic is supplied with a 1mm diameter solder wire feeder, but can also be supplied with a feeder for 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.2mm and 1.6mm diameter solder wires.
