A complete system for preheating multilayer PCBs and ideal for repetitive soldering tasks.
Comes with closed loop infrared thermocouple controlled preheat and PCB support. The PHSE infrared preheat is used as a secondary heat source to reduce the amount of heat delivered by the main soldering tool, thereby reducing thermal shock to components and PCBs. The PHS-S spacers can be perfectly adapted to any type of PCB.
The PHSE offers three working modes.
Up to four thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to work in any of the three working modes.
It has two independent working zones that define a heating area of 65 x 135 or 130 x 135 mm.
With JBCSuite software, the preheat can be synchronized with other JBC hot air, soldering and extraction equipment to work together and optimally perform your repair process.
