Vapour brazing is the most modern, versatile and gentle way to solder electronic components and yet the simplest. Steam at a defined temperature (230°C) releases its heat into the solder joints and melts them as it condenses. The size and type of components are irrelevant. You can solder conventional SMD as well as SOP, TQFP or BGA housings. In steam, all components are heated simultaneously to the same precise temperature.
Benefits: - Non-flammable - Resistant to high temperatures - Excellent material compatibility - Good dielectric properties - Not a hazardous good.
