The only steam soldering furnace that is unique in its small size, affordable price and low operating costs. Despite its small size, it has performance parameters comparable to much larger equipment.

The Vapor Phase One offers development engineers as well as small and medium sized companies one of the most reliable soldering processes in the industry. But it will also find its application in schools or universities, where it will guide students through the professional SMT manufacturing process used in the electrical industry.

The Vapor Phase One solves the problems associated with soldering temperature sensitive components, fine-pitch components or components with high heat dissipation.

Fast temperature profiles:
The design of the Vapor Phase One allows the user to run fast temperature profiles using the height adjustable PCB stroke.

Adjustable temperature profiles:
The Vapor Phase One can import individual soldering profiles via SD card. Based on these profiles, the heating power and the position of the basket in the chamber are adapted to different solder pastes and PCB technologies.

Fast cooling:
This feature reduces process time and ensures minimal Galden loss.

Anti-condensation:
Thanks to vapor soldering technology, soldered electronics are generally covered with Galden residue. Our assembly is kept at 120°C after the soldering process, leaving minimal residue.

Lifting lid:
The lid of the process chamber automatically lifts to simplify PCB insertion and removal. This also helps to preserve the heat transfer medium.

Glass lid:
In addition to the display that shows real-time temperature data, the Vapor Phase One has a glass process chamber lid that, thanks to internal lighting, allows you to monitor the process in the chamber.

Safety:
The Vapor Phase One has a number of safety mechanisms implemented in both software and hardware to ensure safe use and soldering process.

Open Source hardware:
The wireframe source code as well as schematics and design files are published in the GitHub repository PCB-Arts/vaporphaseone.

Soldering media:
To start soldering directly with Vapor Phase One, at least 1 kg of Galden is required. Just add the Galden LS230 to your shopping cart and we will ship everything together.
