The green cover coating will improve the PCB appearance and solderability during hand soldering.
Procedure:
- Prepare the PCB as usual
- If you want, you can add chemical tin to the copper surface
- Apply a thin layer of green lacquer to the PCB
- Wait 5 minutes for the lacquer to dry
- Perform normal hand soldering with the green coating. You will find that soldering is very easy. The green coating contains flux and improves solderability!
- After soldering, dry the green coating in the oven at 80 °C for one hour or for 2 days at normal room temperature.
