SMD manipulator MIPEC 4PLACE with optics

The manipulator, together with the feeders and the setup table, forms a compact, powerful setup system for prototype printed circuit board (PCB) setup or for manual setup of small series PCBs.

It is supplied without the feeders and the DH10 dispensing head, which are optional accessories.

The easy movement of the arm in the X and Y axes allows convenient removal of components from the feeders and their placement over the entire surface. Precise guidance of the positioning head in the Z axis means perpendicular and gentle placement of the part in the paste, starting with chip size 0201. The guide knob of the head serves simultaneously to rotate the needle around its axis. The head also houses a small but powerful light source and a vacuum switch. Gentle pressing of the positioning head is understood as picking up components and deep pressing as seating. A vacuum pump with vacuum pressure control is included as standard.

A miniature CCD camera is built into the head for mounting small 0201 size chips as well as for precise positioning of very fine pitch IOs. The camera has 2 positions and displays either the seating needle or the dispensing nozzle. A magnified image at a small
angle is displayed on a large 15" monitor.

With the additional dispensing head, solder paste, glue or other media can be applied to the PCB. Precise hand guidance with the cartridge allows dispensing of the exact amount at the correct location. However, a suitable dispenser must be purchased. For example, we recommend using the JB 1113N.

Standard delivery includes: manipulator table with movable arm and head with lighting and camera, 15'' monitor, 230/12 V power supply, vacuum pump, 3 magnetic PCB holders, suction cups, spare needles for vacuum pipette, instruction manual.
