Dispensing head for 4PLACE manipulators

The dispensing head allows the attachment of a 10cc cartridge with solder paste. The head is equipped with a linear guide in the Z axis, the reverse movement is ensured by a spring. By moving the optics on the manupulator, it is then possible to monitor the position of the dispensing needle and accurately dispense paste onto the soldering pad. The dosing head must then be connected to a dosing controller, e.g. QUICK982B, via a pressure hose. The dispensing controller - dispenser - is not included.
