MIPEC 4MILL300

PCB milling machine 4MILL300 is a bench-top professional machine used as an ideal training solution for schools and universites as well as ideal machine for development and design laboratories for milling and drilling of their PCB prototypes. With 4MILL300 PCB milling machine you can mill and drill double-sided PCB’s and cut PCB outlines of any shapes. Thanks to its hi-precision leadscrews with antibacklash nuts and 60.000 RPM spindle motor in combination with solid 5 mm metal sheet chasis, the 4MILL300 can handle standard PCB designs with THT technology as well as SMD designs, antennas and various other applications. 4MILL300 can drill holes from 0,2 mm and mill conductive tracks or insulation paths with a width of 0,1 mm.

MIPEC 4MILL300ATC

The 4MILL300ATC is technically equivalent to the 4MILL300, but it has 12 possitions toolchanger and spindle with pneumatic clamp. The combination of automatic toolchange, high precission and possibility to make double sided PCBs makes this machine one of a kind. This machine has an extremelly high precission and has all the required features and accessories to produce Printed Circuit Boards prototypes in an easy and fast way. But this machine can do a lot more. The 4MILL300ATC is an excellent choice for every development or design lab as well as for departments and companies that must keep PCB designs inside their own labs for security reasons. Small product runs and prototypes can be easily fabricated fully unattended with extremely high accuracy.
