Czech Post - Parcel to Post

You don't have to be in a certain place at a certain time - you can pick up your parcel at any of the Czech Post branches across the country
You will receive information about the parcel via SMS or email on the day of dispatch
You can change the date and method of delivery during the delivery via the Internet
If you do not collect the goods within 7 calendar days, they are automatically sent back.

DPD CZ

DPD delivers packages within the next working day. If the courier cannot reach you at the address, he will try again the next working day.
You will be notified by SMS or email of the delivery. They will tell you the one-hour time frame when to expect the courier, as well as the access details to the DPD Courier web app. There you can see how close the courier is and how many addresses are between you and the courier.
The DPD Courier app at www.dpdkuryr.cz also allows you to: change the address or delivery date, choose a delivery time in the morning (8.00-10.00) in larger cities, add a backup address (where the courier will go if he cannot reach you at the original one), choose personal collection at a Pickup point or postpone delivery for 10 days.
At DPD, they are constantly monitoring and reducing their carbon footprint. As the only parcel carrier on the Czech market, the emissions produced are 100% offset by green energy projects.

DPD CZ PICK UP

You can choose from more than 3,500 Pickup locations across the country, including more than 1,200 Alza boxes. You can find a list of them at pickup.dpd.cz.
You will be informed by text or email on the day of the package pick-up and then when the package is delivered to the drop-off point. If you do not pick up the parcel within 4 days of loading, you will be informed of the imminent return of the parcel to the sender.
Most drop-off locations are open at least one day on the weekend, and your package will wait there for 7 calendar days and 48 hours if delivered to an Alza box.
If you have chosen cash on delivery, you will pay for the package in cash at the point of delivery (card payment is only possible at DPD depots).

The goods will be delivered to you within two working days of confirmation of dispatch.
You will be notified of delivery via email or text message.
You will receive notification of the time window for delivery.
If you are not contacted by the carrier, you will receive a message in your mailbox with another delivery attempt.

Orders can be picked up in our shop in Dolní Roveň.

If you do not collect the goods within 14 calendar days, the order is automatically cancelled. If you need more information you can contact us.

You will pay for your order by bank transfer to our bank account. The shipment will be dispatched after the payment is credited (usually 1-3 working days).

The fastest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code - three numbers you'll find in the signature strip on the back of your card - into the ComGate payment gateway interface. It's all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you'll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you'll receive via text message from your bank.

Online payment is handled for us by ComGate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

BUSINESS OWNERS

Purchasing goods on invoice is only available to customers who have made purchases with us in the past 12 months or have an existing customer account. If you are a new customer, the option to purchase on invoice cannot be provided.

STATE INSTITUTIONS, LARGE COMPANIES, CORPORATE COMPANIES

Purchase on invoice is possible on presentation of a binding order, which has the following elements:

complete customer billing information
delivery address and final recipient
method of collection / transport
bank details and draft payment terms
list of ordered goods and their price
contact person, telephone (fax, e-mail)
company stamp and signature of the responsible person

The original binding order must be delivered by email or in writing.
