The EPA measuring instruments are used for periodic inspection (internal audit) of EPA sites. Resistance (resistivity) measurements are used to verify pads, floors, racks, and other groundable elements. The fieldmeter is designed to measure the electrostatic field on insulators and charge generating materials.
