Manual SMD assembly

The SMD manipulators are designed for mounting small 0201 size chips as well as for precise IO positioning with very fine pitch. A miniature CCD camera is integrated in the mounting head. The camera has 2 positions and displays either the seating needle or the dispensing nozzle. Magnified image under a small angle is displayed on a large 15" monitor.
